Evaluate and optimize AI initiatives through experimentation and model evaluation, while shipping production analytics and AI workloads via GitLab/GitHub CI/CD. Partner directly with senior stakeholders to drive measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and build LLM-powered systems and data agents to improve internal capabilities for GTM, Product, and Engineering.
•Analyze large-scale datasets to surface insights across the customer lifecycle and revenue funnel, defining and tracking KPIs.
•Evaluate and quantify the business impact of AI initiatives using experimentation, benchmarking, and model evaluation.
•Continuously monitor and refine AI models and solutions, iterating on prompt engineering and deployment practices.
•Ship and maintain production-grade analytics and AI applications through modern CI/CD pipelines (GitLab/GitHub).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 156,000 - 204,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or a combined data analytics and AI role.
•Strong SQL proficiency; Python experience is a plus.
•Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation pipelines.
•Experience defining KPIs and communicating data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders with commercial acumen.
•Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitLab or GitHub for analytics or AI workloads.
