Key Responsibilities

  • •Aid with documenting and improving infrastructure systems architecture.
  • •Maintain, monitor, update, and secure infrastructure systems equipment and services.
  • •Identify, diagnose, and resolve systems-related incidents and problems.
  • •Own and support backup governance, disaster recovery, business continuity, cloud, identity, and hybrid platform operations.
  • •Support ITIL governance, CMDB accuracy, knowledge sharing, vendor governance, procurement input, automation, project delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant bachelor’s degree in computer science or ICT, plus Microsoft infrastructure certification (MCSE/MCSA) or equivalent role-based Microsoft certification.
  • •At least 3 years’ experience in ICT systems support and design; 10+ years systems/infrastructure experience preferred for senior-level delivery.
  • •Experience with backup and disaster recovery, hardware and virtualization technologies, and relevant monitoring tools (3–5 years preferred).
  • •Experience with hybrid cloud and technologies including Azure, Windows, Linux, VMware/Hyper-V, storage, security hardening, and automation.
  • •Familiarity with InterSystems IRIS (mirroring, patches/releases/builds) and systems management/security for InterSystems IRIS domain.
