  • •Answer virtualization questions from customers about deploying Fortinet products in VM and cloud environments.
  • •Build test environments, reproduce customer problems, and test scenarios to establish best practices and assess interoperability.
  • •Identify common virtualization problems and follow up with documentation and/or training to address them.
  • •Develop a methodology to determine whether issues are primarily with Fortinet products or with the VM/cloud environment.
