Job Summary

Lead the operations team to deliver a world-class value stream. Manage inbound, pick/pack, outbound shipments, and inventory, ensuring site quality and fulfillment targets plus client SLA adherence. Drive daily operational strategies, lean continuous improvement, KPI productivity, quality assurance metrics, and SOP/training maintenance. Coach and support up to 100 associates, manage performance feedback, budgets, and seasonal staffing relationships while keeping operations leadership informed.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure client SLA agreements and site quality/fulfillment targets are met.
•Develop and manage daily operational strategies to keep the campus safe and productive.
•Oversee inbound, pick/pack, outbound shipments, and inventory operations.
•Lead quality assurance by setting metrics, applying best practices, and developing tools/processes.
•Support direct reports through performance management, coaching, feedback, and shift planning.

Key Requirements

•HS degree or GED (bachelor’s strongly preferred).
•2+ years of progressive operations experience in a managerial role.
•Experience leading teams of up to 100 associates.
•Experience with process improvement (LEAN and/or Six Sigma); Six Sigma certification is a plus.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with intermediate math skills.
