Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements for on-site installations and repairs, including forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact responsible for customer satisfaction by identifying, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • •Use software/technology and hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair HVAC units.
  • •Work flexibly to support customer needs, including overtime and weekends, with occasional overnight stays as required.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company-issued and procured assets by recording use, wear, and condition.

  • •Must possess a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations.
  • •EPA Certification.
  • •Ability to coordinate with teams and customers and work on-site as required by the business, including overtime and weekends as needed.
