HVAC Field Service Technician

Serve as the primary service and maintenance contact for customers in a defined commercial market, commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, and starting up HVAC systems on-site. Coordinate with team leaders and customers to forecast work needs, gather materials, and deliver responsive service that ensures satisfaction. Diagnose and repair equipment using air-conditioning theory, pipe fitting knowledge, mechanical layouts, and hand tools, while enforcing safety standards and maintaining company asset accountability.
