Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain peer benchmarking programs across production, capital efficiency, LOE and operating costs, supply chain/procurement performance, and asset-level metrics.
  • •Build dashboards, reports, and advanced analyses to surface trends and inform team and department decisions.
  • •Support the Supply Chain technology roadmap by partnering with leadership to identify, prioritize, and evaluate analytics and technology solutions.
  • •Create and document ad hoc and recurring queries to answer increasingly complex business questions.
  • •Investigate, document, and resolve complex data issues, coordinating with internal and external data owners on sustainable solutions; develop GenAI-powered tools to automate recurring analyses and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, Information Science/Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Geoscience, Engineering, or similar.
  • •Advanced proficiency in scripting languages to write efficient, reusable code and automate routine analyses.
  • •Advanced visualization skills for larger, complex datasets tailored to the audience.
  • •Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve data and technical issues.
  • •Ability to translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
