Job Summary

Lead contract performance for a long-term services agreement supporting a major customer site. Coordinate and support the site team (Resident Engineers and local staff), interface with internal Baker Hughes departments, and help execute outage activities. Supervise application of admin, EHS, quality, maintenance, and engineering policies to meet contractual obligations. Review contract performance in meetings, drive RCA and action implementation, and coordinate upgrade opportunities and design updates with field and repair services.

Key Responsibilities

•Support a long-term services contract for a major customer site, including project management/planning/coordinating activities to fulfill customer orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
•Coordinate and support the site team (resident engineers and local staff) and interface with Baker Hughes internal departments to deliver contractual obligations and coordinate outage activities.
•Supervise the application of admin, EHS, quality, maintenance, and engineering policies, procedures, and filing systems to execute the agreement and respond to owner inquiries.
•Assist customer operations and maintenance staff by monitoring performance of covered units and recommending actions to improve safety, availability, and reliability.
•Conduct contract review meetings, outline activities and unit performances (including RCA), plan and coordinate implementation of recommended actions from Technical Information Letters, and track technical applicability and execution.

Key Requirements

•Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience.
•Have 5+ years of contract management experience with a global company along with outage execution experience with rotary machinery.
•Demonstrate good interpersonal skills, an inclusive working style, and the ability to effectively interface with all internal and external stakeholders.
•Have strong oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and leadership skills, and the ability to analyze and resolve problems.
•Demonstrate the ability to lead programs/projects, with experience documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs with established project management skills.
