Job Summary

Lead quality assurance strategy and test execution for complex initiatives spanning web, APIs, desktop, and database solutions. Partner with development, product, and cross-functional stakeholders to define test approaches, improve release quality, and strengthen testing practices. Own test plans, scope, entry/exit criteria, and quality checkpoints across functional, performance, security, integration, and end-to-end testing, including defect triage, reporting, and continuous improvement of automation, metrics, and execution practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Create and implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and testing timelines for projects and releases.
•Define test scope, objectives, entry/exit criteria, and quality checkpoints across functional, performance, security, integration, and end-to-end testing.
•Lead testing activities across web, API, desktop, and database-based applications in on-premise and cloud-based environments.
•Oversee defect identification, triage, tracking, resolution validation, and reporting throughout the defect lifecycle.
•Drive continuous improvement in team standards, test planning, automation adoption, metrics/reporting, and debugging support.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in software quality assurance, test lead work, or test management in enterprise technology environments.
•6+ years of experience testing web, API, desktop, and database-based applications.
•6+ years of experience creating test strategies, test plans, test cases, and defect reporting for functional, integration, performance, and security testing.
•6+ years of experience executing testing in on-premise and cloud-based environments and supporting end-to-end release validation.
•Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
