Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage financial and management reporting, cash flow, tax (GST), budgeting, statutory accounts, and reconciliations.
  • •Support FP&A, forecasting, performance analysis, and business partnering with insights to drive commercial decisions and cost optimization.
  • •Lead finance transformation and automation using AI/GenAI, data, and technology to improve efficiency, controls, and scalability.
  • •Identify opportunities to simplify processes, automate manual work, and improve finance operating models.
  • •Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance; liaise with auditors and external advisors.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/Finance and/or ACCA (or equivalent) with 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Strong accounting, analytical, financial modelling, and reconciliation skills.
  • •Experience in FP&A, consulting, M&A, or finance transformation is highly valued.
  • •Practical experience in AI, automation, data analytics, or financial systems.
  • •Advanced Excel skills; ERP/BI/workflow automation experience is a plus.
