Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in software engineering, including 3+ years managing engineers in infrastructure, databases, or developer platforms.
  • •Experience building and operating a customer-facing stateful service with demanding availability, durability, security, and performance requirements.
  • •Working knowledge of PostgreSQL or managed relational databases, including replication, WAL, high availability, recovery, upgrades, observability, or performance diagnosis.
  • •Technical credibility to engage deeply in architecture and incidents without owning daily implementation.
  • •A record of hiring, coaching, developing, and retaining engineers, including senior ICs.
