Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with local and regional stakeholders across APAC, Europe, and Turkey to ensure accurate and timely Month End Close for the Q-Commerce portfolio.
  • •Develop and maintain tools and financial models to support Month End Close, Forecasts, and Annual Budgets.
  • •Perform detailed variance analysis to explain financial performance and key business drivers.
  • •Prepare accurate and insightful management reporting decks to support strategic decision-making.
  • •Drive process optimization and standardization by implementing new accounting processes and guidelines, including automation of regional workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • •5-6 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or finance roles; Big 4 audit experience is highly preferred.

  • •Proven ability to drive organizational change via proactive stakeholder management and deep business understanding.
  • •Expert-level knowledge of finance, complex financial modeling, budgeting, and GAAP.
