Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage execution of operational functions including shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain strategic product presentation and merchandising by performing product recovery, restock/destock, and executing visual changes per directives.
  • •Plan and execute visual floor changes with management using payroll management and adapting zones to business needs.
  • •Use reporting tools with management to identify business opportunities and adjust product placement, outfitting, and stock levels as needed.
  • •Lead by example and inspire staff, partnering on coaching, guidance, recruitment, and development while supporting store opening/closing standards.
