Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain high-level customer service with all customers.
  • •Coordinate and initiate customer dispatch requests and changes with the sales team and other departments.
  • •Coordinate and manage final dispatch responsibilities, including scheduling drivers for equipment pickup and delivery.
  • •Monitor drivers’ hours and scheduling to ensure availability for delivery coverage.
  • •Communicate across teams to support efficient, connected equipment dispatch operations.

Key Requirements
