Key Responsibilities

  • •Managing the daily operation and organization of the SMT line consisting of Yamaha YSM20R pick-and-place machines, screen printers, and reflow ovens.
  • •Minimizing line downtime through rapid and pinpoint interventions in case of malfunctions.
  • •Carrying out line balancing and placement speed optimization projects to increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
  • •Planning and implementing periodic and predictive maintenance for the machinery and reporting these processes to senior management.
  • •Analyzing placement defects (misalignment, tombstoning, etc.), generating root cause solutions, and optimizing AOI/SPI data.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Electrical-Electronics, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
  • •Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SMT production processes.
  • •Advanced proficiency in the installation, programming, and maintenance of Yamaha YSM20R machines.
  • •Theoretical and practical knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards and soldering technologies.
  • •Effective use of SMT programming and optimization software.
