Key Responsibilities

  • •Work on a single live enterprise account for months 1–2, ensuring every call outcome becomes a same-day RAID log row and issuing client minutes after sessions.
  • •Translate tracked items into engineering tickets the same day for months 3–4, draft weekly executive status, and present it internally as the Delivery Manager edits.
  • •Run a UAT workstream in months 5–6 by writing test scripts, assigning cases to client testers, chasing outcomes, and recording verdict evidence at source.
  • •Support regression discipline when extraction/matching/posting rules change, evidence runs, and travel during UAT week to sit with client testers.
  • •Convert at month six using six written, evidence-based criteria tied to delivery logging, UAT execution, milestone forecasting, executive status quality, customer communication, and readiness to take over an account.

Salary: INR 50,000 - 60,000 monthly
