Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the central point of contact between customers and Amcor, building customer loyalty through positive engagement.
  • •Coordinate escalated customer order issues (orders, graphics, ship dates, quality concerns) with relevant functions.
  • •Receive, process, and monitor customer orders through the manufacturing process, advising on delays and alternatives.
  • •Initiate customer releases for shipments, coordinate expediting of rush shipments, and manage outside warehousing shipments and inventory.
  • •Maintain and manage active customer electronic account profiles, non-conformances, and inventory programs while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
