Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate daily dispatch of drivers for pick up/deliveries and ensure timely, efficient transportation operations.
  • •Coordinate movement of vehicles to and from Vehicle Logistics Centers (VLC), including paperwork for smooth transactions.
  • •Enter and maintain accurate vehicle and location data in transportation and inventory management systems.
  • •Quote transportation services, process transactions, and post charges according to contracts and company specifications.
  • •Investigate discrepancies, communicate with appropriate personnel, and resolve customer complaints; escalate serious issues to leadership.
