Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead HSE site and operations topics by defining HSE strategy, policy, and processes in line with group policy.
  • •Define and validate HSE roadmaps, objectives, and standards, and measure performance through regular results tracking.
  • •Manage the HSE network and deploy HSE policy and operational processes, ensuring tools and methods are implemented.
  • •Ensure HSE fundamentals including risk analysis, regulatory compliance, and coordination of KPI reporting.
  • •Manage ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 activities and oversee accident reporting, investigations, and action plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience (15 years) in a similar HSE function.
  • •Expertise in health & safety regulations, environmental regulations, and HSE standards/norms.
  • •Ability to lead HSE inspections and audits, with technical safety competencies and knowledge related to CO2 emissions.
  • •Strong skills in HSE reporting, including data collection and analysis tools.
  • •Leadership and change-management capabilities, with a drive to improve in a multi-site, international environment.
