Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze, validate, and standardize data-gathering processes across multiple healthcare sources to report performance metrics.
  • •Design healthcare data models integrating patient data to create complete views and support risk segmentation and chronic case profiling.
  • •Pull, integrate, and analyze data for decision support; publish daily/monthly performance metrics and monthly reports for mega accounts.
  • •Clean and transform data by standardizing service categorization and validating doctor names and unified service coding.
  • •Collaborate on big data and digital transformation initiatives; automate manual reporting using Power BI and support ML model data interpretation/validation.

Key Requirements

  • •2-4 years’ experience in an analytical role (preferred healthcare provider/health insurance).
  • •Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • •Experience manipulating healthcare claims data and analyzing both high-level and detailed views.
  • •Ability to interpret and communicate analytical insights effectively.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in medicine and surgery or pharmacy.
