Job Summary

Drive Finance Planning & Reporting for a portfolio of markets as part of the Finance Planning & Reporting CoE. Produce and consolidate monthly and quarterly results, perform variance analysis vs. forecast and budget, and support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting. Enhance reporting with financial dashboards (e.g., Power BI), contribute to FP&A transformation and process standardization, and collaborate with market finance teams to ensure data integrity and a single source of truth.

•Produce and consolidate financial reports for monthly and quarterly results, ensuring KPI accuracy and on-time delivery to stakeholders.

•Support planning and forecasting cycles, coordinating market data, validating submissions, and aligning assumptions with global guidelines.
•Manage and enhance financial dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI) to provide up-to-date views of performance with consistent KPIs.
