Key Responsibilities

•Lead mechanical engineering requirements and direct the project team on large-scale data center projects.
•Design complex cooling and HVAC systems, including air distribution and hydronic systems, and specify building automation controls for large installations.
•Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to develop drawings, specifications, and deliverables for architects, contractors, and building owners.
•Represent the team in client meetings, communicating technical concepts clearly to stakeholders and ensuring alignment on project scope and schedule.
•Mentor and develop junior engineers, manage project delivery activities including proposals, budgets, and client interactions.

Key Requirements

•Proven history of Mechanical or Architectural Engineering with mechanical building systems emphasis
•12+ years of experience in designing mechanical systems for the high performing, commercial, industrial or mission critical/data center buildings
•Registered Professional Engineer (PE)
•Experience mentoring and training others in field
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
