Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and lead manufacturing and production activities for deliverable products to meet customer expectations.
  • •Supervise and develop resources within the High Performance Work Team (HPWT) including hourly and salaried employees.
  • •Drive continuous improvement in production, quality, and safety using EBS and CIF.
  • •Own CONC metrics and overall quality performance for the HPWT and direct priorities to achieve delivery goals.
  • •Own overall cost of the value stream and lead site CI initiatives, training, and coaching activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum four (4) years of experience in manufacturing operations or operations support.
