Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Growth to ensure features are adopted and scale business metrics like LTV and MRR, as a player-coach balancing hands-on ownership with coaching.

•Mentor and coach other Product Managers to elevate product craft, execution, and strategic thinking.
•Define and execute the long-term vision for Advanced Ads, integrating its features into MonetizeMore’s ecosystem with a focus on ROI and customer impact.
•Lead continuous product discovery to validate ideas for usability, feasibility, viability, and value before coding.
•Prioritize the roadmap based on ROI, focusing on customer lifetime value (LTV) and monthly recurring revenue (MRR).
•Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Growth to ensure features are adopted and commercialized across the organization.
