Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Provide individualized ABA therapy to clients one-on-one, implementing treatment plans under BCBA supervision. Collect and record accurate session data, support skill development, and work toward behavior-reduction goals in a structured, encouraging environment. Maintain a professional rapport with clients and families, and participate in ongoing ABA and special education training. This part-time role is in-person in Willow Park, TX, with $19–$24/hour.
