Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design and ongoing management of core Revenue Operations functions across Sales Ops, Client Success Ops, and Deal Desk.
•Manage, coach, and develop a small but high-impact team, clearly defining priorities, roles, service levels, and expected outcomes.
•Partner with the VP, Revenue Operations and cross-functional leaders to translate company strategy into scalable operational plans and executable programs.
•Establish a culture of accountability, operational rigor, and continuous improvement to support scale across geographies and teams.
•Identify and standardize end-to-end GTM processes, implement automation to remove manual work, and ensure data quality and governance across revenue systems.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 185,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Client Success Operations, Deal Desk, or related go-to-market roles, with 2+ years in a leadership role; demonstrated experience leading multi-functional operations teams.

•Experience standardizing workflows and automating manual processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and data quality.
•Strong collaboration with cross-functional partners (Sales, Client Success, Finance, Marketing, Product) to drive execution.
•Proven track record of building a culture of accountability, governance, and continuous improvement.
