Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate New Part Introduction (NPI), including traveler creation, reticle ordering, Q-time setup, Germ process, SPC setup, startup process conditions, and lead-lot plans.
  • •Manage wafer shipment logistics between fabs, including swap lots and fab-to-fab offloads.
  • •Collaborate with engineering module owners to identify yield issues, diagnose root causes, and implement process fixes.
  • •Partner with QA to deliver qualified materials on time using the correct BKM qualified process, cell, and reticles.
  • •Manage inline WIP, lot/line holds, and hot/screamer lots; audit and align conversion with material suppliers to meet quality, cost, and risk goals.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or Master’s/PhD) in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • •1 year or more engineering study or semiconductor experience.
  • •Structural and process integration knowledge across process areas.
  • •Knowledge of fab statistical process controls (SPC) and statistical methods.
  • •Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
