Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate the management of tenders, including allocation to bid teams, schedule management, and ensuring on-time, high-standard submissions focused on safety and quality.
  • •Lead preparation and management of tender queries/clarifications, ensuring accurate, compliant responses within client deadlines.
  • •Provide commercial support during tendering, including rate development, responding to commercial queries, and sharing best-practice examples.
  • •Maintain oversight of the opportunity pipeline with tracking, forecasting, and proactive opportunity management in collaboration with the Framework Manager and bid teams.
  • •Support framework management through bid governance coordination, tender commitment tracking and escalation of risks, and effective supplier and client engagement.
