Key Responsibilities

  • •Own voice agent customization end to end for intake onboarding, including call flow, firm knowledge base, objection handling, transfer rules, staff directories, and call/lead scoring criteria.
  • •Set up the full intake stack with integrations engineering, covering phone system integrations, CRM/DMS handoff, and e-signature setup for same-phone retainer signing.
  • •Define what “fully onboarded” means on intake, including checkpoints, sequencing, and judgment calls.
  • •Turn intake learnings into training and documentation for CSMs and future LAA coverage.
  • •Carry a book of intake-focused accounts, including intake-only and land-and-expand deals.
