Key Responsibilities

  • •Investigate assigned first-line incidents and identify root causes for incidents and problems.
  • •Fulfill approved requests according to agreed procedures.
  • •Perform approved maintenance activities, including patching and configuration changes.
  • •Measure performance and optimize infrastructure per defined requirements.
  • •Follow handover procedures for shift changes, ensure service continuity, and update knowledge articles and the CMDB; report and escalate incidents when necessary.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluent German and English (at least Berlitz Level B2).
  • •Knowledge of structured cabling and network engineering; experience with Cisco and Aruba (configuration, installation, racking, patching).
  • •General knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • •Experience with troubleshooting and providing onsite support for network/data-center/system/monitoring services in an ICT organization.
  • •Experience with ticketing systems and documenting checks and resolution steps in tickets.
