Conduct escrow agreement reviews, manage risk and regulatory compliance, document interactions in the bank’s CRM, coordinate with internal legal and operations teams, and oversee insurance via IntraFi.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the escrow deposit portfolio for Juris Banking escrow accounts.
•Serve as the point of contact for new and existing specialty deposits, handling requests, transactions, and account openings/closings while maintaining SLAs.
•Review client escrow agreements or change requests for feasibility, risk, and responsibilities; determine if internal counsel review is needed.
•Execute agreements and establish accounts in partnership with relationship managers, deposit operations, sales, and legal; assist with onboarding documentation as needed.
•Maintain CRM records and document transaction accuracy and retention for internal audit, including tracking deposits and distributions per escrow agreements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 107,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of experience in banking, deposits, or account servicing (5+ years preferred).
•Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, and/or treasury management.
•Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules, regulations, and industry standards.
•Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software.
•Excellent customer service and strong communication skills, including speaking and listening.
