Own end-to-end relationships for Coinbase Institutional’s highest-priority clients on the STP Account Management team, helping them maximize Coinbase Prime value across custody, trading, staking, and stablecoin services. Drive adoption, trading volume growth, and upsell/cross-sell through consultative support and cross-functional coordination. Serve as subject-matter expert via product demos, manage client coverage in CRM, and translate client feedback into actionable insights for Product and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

•Own a book of high-priority institutional client relationships end-to-end, from onboarding through ongoing account management on Coinbase Prime.
•Drive client adoption and trading volume growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across custody, trading, staking, and stablecoin services.
•Partner with Sales, Trading, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to resolve complex client needs and coordinate onboarding.
•Lead product demonstrations and technical walkthroughs as the subject matter expert on institutional capabilities and platform features.
•Execute disciplined CRM pipeline and account management, including triaging requests and driving issues to resolution with limited escalation.

Pay and Benefits

Key Requirements

•8+ years managing institutional client relationships in financial services, cryptocurrency exchanges, or fintech, with ownership of complex, multi-product accounts.
•Proven track record driving measurable growth in client adoption, trading volume, or revenue within an assigned book of business.
•Experience managing full client lifecycles for institutional products such as prime brokerage, custody, trading, or staking, including onboarding and ongoing coverage.
•Ability to coordinate across Sales, Operations, Legal, and Product to resolve complex client issues without direct authority.
•Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) in addition to English.
