Job Summary

Support the Research & Development (P&D) area with innovation, new product development, and continuous improvement for beverages and packaging. Help organize project information, update controls, and track schedules. Assist with collecting and analyzing technical data, supporting bench and industrial tests, and running sensory studies. Coordinate documentation and learnings, and collaborate with internal partners (e.g., Marketing, Quality, Supply, Procurement, Legal) while building practical R&D skills.

Key Responsibilities

•Support P&D projects for innovation, reformulation, and product improvement, including organizing information, updating controls, and tracking timelines.
•Collect, consolidate, and perform initial analysis of technical data related to products, ingredients, packaging, tests, and feasibility studies.
•Support preparation, organization, and follow-up of bench tests, industrial tests, samples, sensory studies, and product evaluations under technical guidance.
•Interface with internal areas (Marketing, Quality, Supply, Procurement, Legal) and contribute to project information flow.
•Organize P&D documentation (specifications, test records, briefs, technical learnings) and contribute to market research and sustainable solution benchmarking.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology or related fields, with graduation planned for 2028 or 2029.

•Basic/intermediate knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and productivity digital tools.
•Analytical ability to help consolidate data, prepare simple reports, and track basic indicators.
