Key Responsibilities

  • •Be an Owner: Take ownership of assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety/cleanliness, quality, and training; maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and assets.
  • •Delight Customers: Ensure orders are delivered with high quality by executing orders accurately and communicating with customers when issues arise.
  • •Lead: Guide Operations Associates through the shift, ensuring safety and productivity, and act as the escalation point for daily operations.
  • •One Team One Fight: Support operations in both warehouse and kitchen, engage in day-to-day tasks, and lead by example with professional interactions.
  • •Help improve operations: Contribute ideas to enhance quality and customer experience.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred but not required.

  • •Organized and proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets.
