Job Summary

Own full-funnel demand generation measured on New ARR across SMB PLG/self-serve and mid-market/enterprise ABM. Build and lead a small team (2–3 marketers) to drive pipeline acceleration using underutilized paid channels (Google Ads/SEM, LinkedIn, app stores, paid social) and to expand into EMEA. Partner with Sales and CX to break down silos, applying disciplined judgment to AI and automation as you design what stays intentional.

Key Responsibilities

•Own demand generation strategy across SMB (self-serve/PLG) and mid-market/enterprise (sales-led/ABM).
•Drive pipeline acceleration via paid channels (Google Ads/SEM, LinkedIn, app stores, paid social) and test new channels.
•Execute full-funnel campaign planning including audience, channel mix, offer design, creative, and nurture.
•Move demand generation earlier than bottom-of-funnel and improve conversion efficiency.
•Partner with Sales and CX, manage and grow a team of 2–3 marketers, and build an EMEA demand gen playbook.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 181,874 - 201,018 annually

•7+ years in B2B demand generation with broad channel experience including paid search, paid social, SEM, LinkedIn, and app stores.
•Experience balancing PLG/self-serve (SMB) with ABM/sales-led motions (mid-market/enterprise).
•Strong end-to-end campaign thinking across audience, channel, offer, and creative.
•Deep AI and martech technical fluency with curiosity and willingness to try new ways of working.
•Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort breaking down silos (Toronto-based preferred).
