EPI Process Support Engineer II

Provide high-visibility on-site support for complex semiconductor equipment, including installations, system diagnostics, and service/repair. Partner with customers and R&D teams to develop leading-edge process methods used to manufacture advanced chips. Create and run hypothesis experiments and DOEs, analyze results with statistics, troubleshoot complex issues, and perform root-cause analysis. Communicate with internal stakeholders and customers to resolve difficult process and product problems and build trusted relationships.
