Key Responsibilities

  • •Take full responsibility for MEP works throughout design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
  • •Participate in design reviews and provide constructability, O&M accessibility, and cost-optimization suggestions.
  • •Lead preparation of MEP technical tender documents and participate in bid evaluation and supplier technical assessment.
  • •Track equipment/material procurement and fabrication progress and manage on-site MEP activities during construction.
  • •Supervise construction quality and safety, control MEP change orders, prepare progress reports, and organize as-built documentation, handover, and O&M training.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or above in MEP Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • •Minimum 5 years of MEP engineering experience with full-cycle project management background.
  • •Familiar with the full project lifecycle, with project management capability from inception to handover.
  • •Experience preparing RFPs and supporting technical bid evaluation.
  • •Cost- and schedule-conscious with strong cross-team communication and the ability to lead the MEP scope independently.
