Key Responsibilities

  • •Participer activement aux sujets d'avant-ventes en élaborant des réponses aux appels d'offres et en concevant des solutions ServiceNow adaptées.
  • •Accompagner et conseiller les clients en amont ou à l'initialisation des projets et cadrer les éléments structurants de la mise en œuvre.
  • •Contribuer à la mise en œuvre de solutions techniques efficaces et robustes selon les besoins des clients.
  • •Conseiller les clients sur la stratégie d'évolution de leur plateforme ServiceNow et partager les meilleures pratiques.
  • •Contribuer au développement des compétences des consultants et accompagner leur trajectoire professionnelle.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor/Master's degree in computer science or equivalent (Bac+5)
  • •Minimum 6 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
  • •Experience with Service Management beyond ITSM in an Agile environment
  • •Strong consulting/pre-sales skills and ability to qualify client needs
  • •Fluent in English
