Job Summary

Build seasonal buying plans for the ANZ DTC channel to support DTC financial targets. Partner with merchandising, regional merchant and local TNF ANZ sales teams, and TA planning to align assortment strategy with open-to-buy budgets, sales projections, and inventory assumptions. Own demand forecasting, buy quantities across SKUs and territories, and in-season sell-through optimization, including markdown/promotion and Tableau tracking processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Create seasonal demand forecasts by style and color across GTM milestones and forecast rounds to improve accuracy.
•Align DTC seasonal open-to-buy (OTB) with TA planning and manage buy decisions for 800–1000 SKUs per season across categories and territories.
•Partner with merchandising and TA planning to ensure assortment strategy alignment, including early buys/main buys and top-up/drop consensus decisions.
•Match demand and supply by aligning launch plans and managing product delivery phasing to balance inventory with seasonality.
•Run in-season sell-through management, support Tableau daily sales tracking/target uploads, and partner on markdown, promotion, and exit decisions for profitability.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree.
•Minimum 3–5 years or above in the retail industry.
•Knowledge of the outdoor TNF brand and strong retail/product expertise in ANZ.
•Working knowledge of a P&L and strong understanding of consumer needs.
•Ability to identify retail apparel trends and demonstrate strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
