  • •Act as a senior technical leader and strategic adviser to clients, providing clear, practical guidance across complex approval pathways.
  • •Take accountability for the performance, growth and ongoing development of the Sydney EIA team.
  • •Lead and deliver major projects from pursuit to completion, including shaping bids, winning work and positioning the team for what comes next.
  • •Strengthen capability across the group by mentoring consultants and lifting technical and commercial confidence.
  • •Apply deep knowledge of State and Commonwealth EIA requirements while balancing risk, programme and client outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience delivering environmental projects in NSW and strong understanding of the relevant planning and approval pathways.
  • •Ability to take on Project Director responsibilities, managing scope, schedule, budget and risk.

  • •Strong technical foundation, ideally with REP accreditation or progress towards it, supported by relevant tertiary qualifications.
