Job Summary

Own solution-level engineering for AI enterprise server hardware across compute, storage, and networking. Lead and inspire a multi-disciplined team, partnering with internal and external leaders to drive architecture excellence and closed-loop solution and release readiness. Coordinate development across complex subsystems (GPUs/accelerators, network fabrics, storage arrays, power and cooling, iDRAC management, BIOS/FPGA/firmware) while designing test plans and resolving defects to ensure system performance and reliability.

•Engage internal teams, vendors, and technical partners to drive architectural excellence in product design.
•Oversee and coordinate development efforts across diverse engineering teams to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery.
•Build and maintain relationships with vendors and technical partners while integrating subsystems across the server platform.
•Identify and resolve issues through root cause analysis, ensuring high quality standards.
•Design and implement robust test plans to validate system performance and reliability.

•12 to 15 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 8+ years with a master’s degree.
