Outbound Brazil Team Leader

Lead on-site execution for Mercado Envios in Brazil’s Southeast region, managing teams of production representatives, ensuring an excellent work environment, and providing full operational support. Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities and partnering with other company areas. Support team results through representatives and supervisor coordination, and deliver ongoing training to help the team progress. Ensure operations meet safety, quality, and productivity expectations while covering the 3rd shift (6x2).
