Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain accurate inventory records, stock statuses, and bin locations in Pronto
  • •Plan and coordinate cycle counts and scheduled stocktakes across warehouses and branches
  • •Investigate stock variances and coordinate timely corrective actions with root-cause identification
  • •Control inventory adjustments, transfers, receipts, issues, and returns according to procedures and delegated authority
  • •Monitor inventory exceptions (negative stock, unallocated stock, errors) and manage quarantine/damaged/obsolete/excess stock records and disposition

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, supply chain, or a similar operational role
  • •Experience with an ERP or inventory-management system; Pronto experience preferred
  • •Sound understanding of inventory transactions, cycle counting, stocktakes, replenishment, and warehouse controls
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • •Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail
