Job Summary

Join Broadcom’s Global Operations in the Core Switching group as an ATE Test Development Engineer. Develop high-speed test programs and hardware for networking switch products, from design to manufacturing, using UltraFlex testers. Lead test programming, hardware bring-up, debugging, and optimization, collaborating with product/design teams and production in Asia to ensure quality, yield, and scalable test solutions for AI data center-grade NIC systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Test Development: Develop ATE test program for networking switch products that are high power and high speed (>100G) and bring the product from design to manufacturing
•Test Hardware Development: Drive hardware development including final test and probe with PCB designer, probe vendor, and socket vendor
•Debug: Debug and bring up test hardware on ATE
•Test Program Optimization: Reduce test time and optimize programs for better yield without compromising quality
•Production Release: Communicate with the production team (Asia) to release test programs and collaborate with them

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 108,000 - 172,800 annually
