Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Test Development: Develop ATE test program for networking switch products that are high power and high speed (>100G) and bring the product from design to manufacturing
  • •Test Hardware Development: Drive hardware development including final test and probe with PCB designer, probe vendor, and socket vendor
  • •Debug: Debug and bring up test hardware on ATE
  • •Test Program Optimization: Reduce test time and optimize programs for better yield without compromising quality
  • •Production Release: Communicate with the production team (Asia) to release test programs and collaborate with them

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience with Teradyne UltraFlex tester platforms
