Job Summary

Lead WPP’s global Onefluence advocacy and influencer partnership strategy, driving operational excellence and commercial growth across markets and product areas. Establish global frameworks and standards, monitor delivery and escalate high-stakes client issues, and codify best practices for performance gains. Oversee leadership on major Onefluence pitches and RFPs, set global growth targets, identify expansion opportunities, and represent WPP at the highest level with key client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and evolve the global Onefluence approach with frameworks, standards, and ways of working across regions and markets.
•Ensure operational excellence by monitoring delivery and isolating and addressing issues across all markets.
•Surface, codify, and scale best practices globally to raise performance everywhere.
•Provide strategic direction and active support to market leads, guiding implementation and acting as escalation point for challenges.
•Lead responses on significant Onefluence pitches and RFPs globally, set and own global commercial growth targets, and represent WPP at the highest level with client stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Deep, proven expertise in influencer and advocacy, including creator economics, platform mechanics, compliance frameworks, and multi-market operations.
•Proven ability to build, lead, and improve complex global programmes with operational precision.
•Senior client leadership experience with the gravitas to operate at CMO level and build trust through substance and delivery.
•Track record turning complex briefs into clear, winning strategic proposals across strategy, operations, and commercial.
•Broad international experience across multiple regions, markets, and cultures, with strong communication and the ability to align distributed internal teams.
