Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead environmental planning and compliance work and support the development of CEQA/NEPA documents and studies.
  • •Manage early-stage due diligence for siting energy projects and related infrastructure.
  • •Provide project management for mid- to large-sized projects, including schedules, budgets, invoicing, and coordination with clients and subconsultants.
  • •Work on environmental documents and entitlements for energy sector projects with high profile infrastructure.
  • •Contribute to marketing and business development, prepare proposals and cost estimates, and mentor junior staff.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in environmental planning or related field.
  • •6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency in electric transmission and renewable energy (e.g., solar, wind, energy storage) through CEQA/NEPA documents, routing and siting analysis, land use entitlements, and overseeing multi-disciplinary teams.
  • •A valid U.S. Driver's license.
  • •US Citizenship is required.
  • •Preferred: 12+ years managing CEQA/NEPA documentation and leading licensing with CPUC and other state transmission agencies.
