Registered Behavior Technician - Monroe, CT

Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to help clients build life, communication, and social skills. Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collect and record session data, and support behavior-reduction goals. Maintain professional rapport with clients and families while participating in ongoing ABA and special education training. Part-time schedule Monday–Friday with supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certification.
