•Collaborate with a variety of teams to develop complex services.
•Create, design, develop, test, and monitor your code in production autonomously and reliably.
•Work with the Engineering Manager, Product Manager and UI/UX team to frame projects and be accountable for their execution.
•Obtain a good understanding of the business to provide relevant solutions to clients.
•Be a work facilitator and help communication inside and outside Teads.

•Strong programming abilities with a focus on Front-End and API development, mindful of architecture, performance, maintainability, and quality.

•Ability to collaborate with Engineering Manager, Product Manager and UI/UX teams to frame projects and ensure execution.
•Understanding of business context to provide relevant technical solutions for clients.
•Proven communication and collaboration skills, and experience mentoring/junior engineers.
