Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and coach Customer Engineers for the TSMC global account (Germany) and drive team performance and results.
  • •Adapt business unit/department/site priorities to resource and operational challenges; provide technical guidance to employees and customers.
  • •Develop and maintain customer relationships across stakeholders and conduct regular customer visits.
  • •Own operations and process execution including clean desk daily/KPIs, escalation procedures, system installation planning/support, and RMA procedures.
  • •Support account planning with District Sales Engineer, provide support plans to CSD management, and drive financial forecast/cost efficiency for the district.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of people management or leader experience.
  • •10+ years of working experience in semiconductors and/or equipment supplier (vendor site) after-service experience.
  • •Must have both English and Chinese communication skills.
  • •Ability to build long-term customer relationships and interface with relevant stakeholders at all levels.
  • •Customer interface and field service team experience in vendor after-sales service is preferred.
