Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure overall health, security, resiliency, and performance of System z CICS (z/OS), MQ (z/OS), and z/OS zCEE across sysplexes and CECS.
  • •Lead z/OS networking for CICS/MQ/zCEE connectivity requirements (TCPIP, LU6.2, sockets, EXCI, etc.).
  • •Manage platform documentation and reporting, including KPIs, charts, and end-to-end workflow diagrams.
  • •Develop and present z/OS zCEE/CICS/MQ roadmaps and perform HA roadmap planning (SYSPLEX/CICSPLEX).
  • •Lead P1/P2 incident troubleshooting and root-cause analysis; deliver pre/post implementation analysis for tech refreshes and application releases, and reduce MTTR.
