HR Coordinator GAS (m/f/d)

Support the HR Manager by delivering first-class employee administration and systems support across NBCUniversal businesses in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries, manage recruiting and onboarding workflows in SmartRecruiters, update employee data in SAP/HR systems, and coordinate onboarding/offboarding administration. Handle monthly payroll change processing coordination, maintain HR documentation and records, support employee inquiries, and assist with employee engagement logistics and inclusion initiatives.
